Cleaning :
Clean off any surplus dirt/mud from boots using a soft nylon brush, use clean water & a suitable cleaning agent for stubborn dirt if required (always follow instructions and select a reputable cleaner suitable for a breathable material). Always rinse off with clean water.
2) Tips : Remove laces and clean separately , pay special attention to stress points and stitching to make sure they are free from dirt.
Drying :
Leave to dry in a cool, well-ventilated place (not under a radiator or in direct sunlight), to speed up the drying process newspaper can be inserted into the boot to soak up excess water (change when saturated).
Re-proofing :
This process can take place before or after the drying stage dependant on the re-proofer used. Read your instructions before drying to ensure you apply your re-proofer at the correct stage.
For best results we recommend using the Jack Pyke Footwear leather boot cream or conditioner. Both available from the Jack Pyke Shop online web site.
Storage :
When your Hunting boots are not in use, store them in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Extreme temperatures can cause them to crack, especially if not kept clean. A good quality boot bag would be ideal for storing.
General:

2) Remember to remove the inner sole before undertaking any of the above
